A band that has always walked its own path, after experimenting with greater use of rap, alt, and pop on previous album ‘Circles’, San Diego metallers P.O.D. have pared their latest album ‘Veritas’ down to it’s much more Powerplay friendly metal core. “Everything about it is a bit heavier and more in your face,” says frontman Sonny Sandoval.
